  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 13 cup cornmeal
  • 14 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 11 ounces refrigerated breadstick dough

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • In pie plate in the oven, melt butter.
  • Remove from oven.
  • On wax paper, mix corn meal and ground red pepper.
  • Roll bread sticks in butter then in corn meal mixture.
  • Twist bread sticks and place on large cookie sheet.
  • Bake 15 to 18 minutes.
  • Makes 8 bread sticks.
