ingredients
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1⁄4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄8 teaspoon paprika
- cooking spray
- 1⁄2 lb chicken tenderloins
directions
- Combine water and spices and brush over both sides of the tenders.
- Place in a resealable bag and marinade in fridge for 15 minutes.
- Spray a broiler pan with cooking spray.
- Place chicken on pan and broil 3 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink.
