Spicy Avocado Salsa

ingredients

• 1 avocado, peeled and stoned
• 1 tomatoes, deseeded and sliced
• 2 scallions, sliced
• 1 lime, juice
• 1 red chili pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
• 1 pinch ground cumin
• 1 pinch ground coriander
• 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional)
• salt & fresh ground pepper

directions

1. Mash the avocado with the back of a fork, but do not make it too smooth.
2. Fold in the other ingredients and season to taste.
3. Serve with crostini or corn chips.
