Spiced Sugared Pecans
"Tastes like little praline nuggets! Great addition to a cocktail party! If you are a chili head, add 1/4 tsp. or so, maybe more of cayenne pepper. Awesome!"

ingredients
- 1 teaspoon cold water
- 1 egg white
- 1 lb pecans
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
directions
- Beat together water and egg white until frothy. Mix and coat pecans.
- Add remainder of ingredients to pecans and mix well.
- Pour onto a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 225 degrees.
