Made this last night for dinner. I used some grilled chicken breasts that I had and halved everything since there are only two of us. I did not care for it but my boyfriend said it was good. When I first mixed the chicken mixture I tried it and it tasted fine, but after it sat while I prepared the rest of the dinner it seemed a little over-powering. But I don't normally like chicken salad anyway, so that could be the reason for it.
