  • 2 cups chicken breasts, finely chopped, cooked
  • 1 12 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons Miracle Whip light
  • 2 tablespoons kraft reduced-fat ranch dressing
  • 8 slices Italian bread
  • 1 large tomatoes, cut into 8 thin slices
  • 4 slices kraft 2% american cheese singles

  • Heat panini grill to medium-high heat. Mix chicken, chili powder and dressings.
  • Make sandwich with bread slices, chicken mixture, tomatoes and cheese singles.
  • Grill 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown on both sides.
  • If you don't have a panini grill: cook in large skilled on medium heat 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until sandwiches are golden brown.

  1. Made this last night for dinner. I used some grilled chicken breasts that I had and halved everything since there are only two of us. I did not care for it but my boyfriend said it was good. When I first mixed the chicken mixture I tried it and it tasted fine, but after it sat while I prepared the rest of the dinner it seemed a little over-powering. But I don't normally like chicken salad anyway, so that could be the reason for it.
