  1. I was making a cake that had a number of reviews that said it did not have a strong butterscotch flavor to it so I decided to use this recipe to give the cake more flavor and sweetness. Perfect pick! This is a very sweet and creamy icing. Thanks for posting!!!
     
  2. Out of control good!!! Easy to follow instructions. I made one batch, then thought it wouldn't be enough to frost a 9x13 cake I had made. So I made the second batch and was afraid I let it get too burnt during the cream addition stage (I was testing the cake for doneness at the time!) But second batch turned out beautifully as well (just a tad darker.) Combined both and can't stop "sampling" it! Thanks again.
