ingredients
- 6 ounces butterscotch chips
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1⁄2 cups confectioners' sugar
directions
- Melt butterscotch and butter.
- Cool.
- Stir in sour cream and vanilla.
- Gradually beat in confectioner's sugar.

Out of control good!!! Easy to follow instructions. I made one batch, then thought it wouldn't be enough to frost a 9x13 cake I had made. So I made the second batch and was afraid I let it get too burnt during the cream addition stage (I was testing the cake for doneness at the time!) But second batch turned out beautifully as well (just a tad darker.) Combined both and can't stop "sampling" it! Thanks again.
