As soon as I found this recipe, I had to try it, and I was not disappointed. It's so simple and quick to make. The flavor is on the bland side, a perfect vehicle for all kinds of toppings. The salt was delicious, but I can imagine trying other flavorings like garlic salt or Italian spice. The first pan I took out after 8 minutes, and they were barely golden, and the texture was quite soft and un-cracker-like, but still good. The next pan I left a little longer, and they were crisper. The last pan was a bit longer again, and the texture was nice and crispy, and flaky. Very good.

I like recipes that use ingredients that are already in my pantry. I won't bother with recipes that include ingredients that I have to hunt down.
