Sneaky Snack Bars

- 4 cups multigrain Cheerios toasted oat cereal
- 4 cups bran flakes
- 1 1⁄2 cups dried cranberries
- 1 cup dried apricot, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup coconut flakes
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 45 jumbo marshmallows
directions
- Coat a 9x13in pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix both types of cereal with cranberries, apricots and coconut.
- Melt butter in a large wide saucepan or Dutch oven set over medium-low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir constantly, until melted and evenly combined, 6-10 minutes.
- Turn off heat but leave pan on the burner.
- Add cereal mixture and stir vigorously to combine.
- Turn mixture into pan and using a spatula sprayed with cooking spray, smooth surface and press down to pack.
- Cool until firm, at least 2 hours.
- Remove from pan and cut into squares.

Made a batch & a half of these & let my other half to take a full batch of 'em to share at work ~ The rest were kept right here for us to enjoy!
