Smoked Salmon Mousse

"This easy spread can be served as a dip for cucumber spears, or piped onto cucumber rounds or croutons and garnished with fresh dill. Originally from a December 1989 issue of Bon Appetit in their "Cooking Healthy" section."

  • Blend first 6 ingredients in processor until smooth.
  • Season to taste with pepper.
  • Transfer to bowl, cover and refrigerate.
  • (Can be made 2 days ahead.).
