I usually make recipe #313793. This recipe affords much more spice and flavor without as much sodium. I haven't tried this with chicken, however, I feel that it would be just as delicious. <br/>I love the flavor enhancement that the cocoa adds, without adding sweetness. Authentic Mexican dishes often have the addition of cocoa powder. I did use half the amount of salt called for in the recipe and added a the juice of a half a lime & a good teaspoon of cumin (because we love it). Served with soft tortillas, shredded cheddar, shredded lettuce & sour cream. Thanks for turning us on to a new "easy" Mexican dinner. **Update, I have also made this with (instead of salsa); low sodium tomatoes with green chiles to reduce the sodium content and had great results.
