When my kids asked what was for dessert, and I said a cookie, the confused faces hit. I used 3/4 cup chocolate chips, and 3/4 cup butterscotch chips. The faces were more puzzling when I got the pan out. Ending result was a nice soft, moist cookie that I divided in fourths, after cooling, a nice twist on dessert, served with chocolate/vanilla ice cream. Made for PRMR Tag.
