DIRECTIONS

  • Spray a grill pan, george foreman, or nonstick skillet w/olive oil cooking spray.
  • Put the tofu on, and turn occcasionally until equally browned.
  • Meanwhile, put 1/4 cup water in another nonstick skillet, add in all vegetables and rice and cover. Cook until veggies defrost, and most of the water is absorbed.
  • Stir in rice, add in 1 tbs of soy sauce.
  • Put on plate, top with grilled tofu, and add remainder of soy sauce.
