  • Cut the stems off the peppers and 1/2 them. Then remove the seeds.
  • Run all the 1/2 peppers in a food processor.
  • Add the red wine vinegar and continue to run in the food processor for 3-4 minutes.

  1. Tastes just the like the jalapeno sauce you get in the store. I used 10 peppers; it only yielded about 1/3 cup, but it was very good. PLEASE wear gloves when handling peppers, as I rubbed my de-seeding hand across my chin and felt quite fiery for about an hour. Thanks for the posting!
