Really yummy! My husband loved it!!! I had to finish it off in the broiler to crisp up the bacon, which kind of dried out the chicken a bit. Next time I'll pre-cook the bacon a little to give it a head start and experiment with a more flavorful cheese - maybe a guyere or something along those lines.

This was fantastic. I did a few different sized chicken breasts and the cheese seemed to have melted out of the smaller ones, but it was still really good. I cooked it for 45 minutes and then put it under the broiler for 4 minutes to crisp up the bacon. :)

Excellent! I stuffed with Laughing Cow cheese and Virginia ham. I'll make this again!
