  • Preheat the oven to 450°F
  • Top the pita with half the mozzarella cheese, and bake for 5 minutes at 450°F
  • Combine the salad greens, tomatoes, onion, olives, and shrimp in a large bowl.
  • Top the bread shells with the shrimp mixture, and sprinkle with the feta cheese and the remaining mozzarella cheese. Cut into wedges, and serve.
