ingredients
- 2 cups butter
- 680 g chocolate chips
- 4 cups flour
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 500 g cadbury chocolate, grated
- 5 cups blended oatmeal
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
directions
- Blend oatmeal in a blender or processor to a fine powder.
- Cream butter, and both sugars.
- Add eggs, vanilla.
- Mix with flour, oat meal, salt, baking powder, and bicarb.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on baking paper lined tray.
- Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees (180 C).
