Sesame Marinade

- 1⁄2 ounce fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leave
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1⁄3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons olive oil
- 7 tablespoons dry white wine
directions
- Put the ginger, thyme and garlic in a blender. whizz for about 20 seconds until everything is chopped to a paste.
- Add the sesame oil and vinegar. Pulse to mix everything together.
- Pour the contents of the blender into a bowl, stir in the olive oil and white wine and your marinade is ready!
