- 1 lb rice sticks
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cups pork or 2 cups chicken meat, shredded
- 6 tablespoons shelled shrimp
- 1 cup carrot, thinly slice
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 10 tablespoons soy sauce
- 5 cups soup stock
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 cup sweet peas or 1 cup sliced green beans
directions
- Saute garlic and onion until golden brown in a frying pan, or better yet use wok bigger size.
- Add meat and shrimps. season with oyster sauce, pepper, salt and soy sauce.
- Add vegetables and soup stock. Bring to a boil.
- Remove meat and vegetables from the mixture.
- Cook noodles in a sauce for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove cooked noodles from the frying pan and arrange it on a platter.
- Sprinkle meat and vegetables on top of noodles.
