directions

  • Cook gnocchi according to directions on package; drain.
  • Melt butter in sauté pan.
  • Add gnocchi and minced garlic.
  • Cook 3-4 minutes or until golden brown, turning constantly.
  • Stir in salt and pepper during last 2 minutes.
  • Toss with Romano cheese, top with parsley.

  1. This was excellent! Just the change up my family needed! One thing I added was crushed red pepper. I added it when I put the garlic in the butter. I also only used 1 TBS Butter and used 1 TBS Olive oil to try and make it a bit healthier. Next time I make this, I am going to add chopped chives. Thanks for the recipe Barbasol!

  4. Really nice change from regular pasta sides. I used the dried gnocchi found in the pasta isle. As I was uploading the photo, I realised I had forgotten the cheese! Obviously very good even without it. Will remember for next time. :)
     
  5. My husband and I thought this was lovely when first made but warming up the leftovers was awful. It was dry and flavorless. Definitely need to eat it all in one sitting.

  3. This was delicious! I used fresh Basil instead of the Parsley, (That's all i had fresh in the garden, darn rabbits!..LOL) and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Thank you so much for an simple but DELICIOUS recipe! Reminded me of sunday dinner and Grandmas....Thanks again!
