- 1 2⁄3 cups corn kernels, drained
- 1 3⁄4 cups sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder (optional)
- 3 tablespoons butter
directions
- Sauté the corn kernels and mushrooms in butter, leaving them hot.
- Add garlic powder to the sauté. Mix well.
- Serve hot with other dishes.
