Sausage and Peppers

- 2 lbs sausage (sweet or hot)
- 2 green peppers (cleaned and slices in thin strips)
- 2 red peppers (cleaned and sliced in thin strips)
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
directions
- Add olive oil and sausage in a large frying pan medium to high heat. Brown sausage on all sides.
- Slice sausage in 1in. pieces(make sure sausage is pretty well browned or it will fall apart when cutting).
- Add white wine, tomato paste and salt mix until well blended.
- Cover and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add peppers cover again let simmer another 10 minutes.
- Serve on a roll or white rice.
