Russian Luscious Strawberry Treat

It's well known that Russians have some basic cooking rules: 1) Try to use sour cream everywhere you can, and 2) Never throw anything away. This is a combination recipe of those two rules, a no cook dessert (or even breakfast) which is super delicious, creating a really yummy sauce without cooking at all! I make this when I have leftover strawberries that are a bit soft but still edible. Kids go insane over this!

ingredients
- 20 average-sized strawberries, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
directions
- Mix all ingredients together well.
- Wait a minute or so before serving so that the sour cream sauce will be slightly pinkish from the juice created by the strawberries and sugar.
- Enjoy!
- Note: This will NOT work with any other berry, so strawberries only!
