- Preheat oven to 325.
- Grease and flour bunt or tube pan.
- Sprinkle nuts over bottom of pan.
- In large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, rum, oil and water.
- Beat on low speed until moistened, beat on high 2 minutes. pour batter over nuts. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean -- Cool 15 minute invert onto serving plate.

GLAZE:
- Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in sugar, water and rum. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
- Pierce all around top of cake with fork. Spoon glaze over top of cake and sides. (Turkey baster works well too!) Allow cake to absorb glaze.
