Rum & Nut Cake With Glaze

"This recipe was taken from a newspaper. My mother makes this cake for our family very often, and we cannot get enough! Most bunt cakes that I have tried are dry, but this one is so very moist and delicious. It also looks beautiful, but it is very easy to make. From my family to yours - Enjoy!"

I am a very proud Mother and Grandmother. My children and grandchildren are my joy in life (including my wonderful husband). I have always been passionate about cooking. My favorite is baking, but due to my waistline, I try to keep it to a minimum. I am also very proud of my Danish heritage as most Scandinavians will admit. My immediate family is very large and the very best family in the world. I am very grateful for all of them.
