ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup cold water
• 3 tablespoons meringue powder
• 2 cups confectioners' sugar
• food coloring

directions

1. In medium bowl, combine water, meringue powder, whisk until foamy.
2. Whisk in confectioners sugar until very white and smooth.
3. Use electric beaters.
