We have a little eatery known for these, and this recipe is 100% better. A great dinner tonight. I used regular ground beef , other than that I did not adjust anything. This is great for a nice filling dinner. I also took the advice of the previous review, and kept the dough a little thicker, and it worked out very well. Thank for this recipe, that was definately well enjoyed by all. Made for 1-2-3 hit wonders.

This took a little more time and effort than I usually put into dinner, but I think it was worth it. I guess I rolled my bread dough a little too thin because part of the side did tear open and spill a little while cooking, but it tasted just as good and the presentation wasn't ruined. Next time I'll cut back on the seasonings a little, just out of personal preference, but I thought this was a tasty, filling dinner and everyone in my family liked it.

I am the mother of two beautiful boys. I love to bake and cook which has helped me to become very overweight.
I have lost 50 pounds this past year and have been learning to cook "lighter". We still enjoy many of the same dishes we used to. However, I have learned portion control and how to make suttle changes to my recipes that don't affect the flavor.
