    lb hamburger, 80% lean

    yellow onion, chopped
  • 12
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1
    (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1
    (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1
    (7 ounce) box ring noodles
  • salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  • Start Boiling water for the noodles and cook them as per directions. Make sure noodles are not too mushy nor too hard. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fry Hamburger, Onion and Green Pepper then drain the grease. Mix all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Lightly grease 9 x 13 pan (or your choice) with cooking spray. Add all the ingredients into the pan and cook uncovered for 45 mins to 1 hour.
