  • Dump 4 cups of chopped rhubarb into a buttered 13x9" pan. Mix 1 cup sugar with small box of raspberry jello and sprinkle over rhubarb. Sprinkle entire box of dry cake mix over jello. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of water over cake mix covering completely. Mix together the brown sugar, flour, walnuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of cake. Cut butter into small chunks and place all over cake. Bake at 350* for 1 hour or until done.

  1. Recipe tastes great and is super easy to make! I used strawberry jello instead, left out the walnuts and it was a hit. Great way to use fresh rhubarb, and most of the ingredients are already in the pantry.
