- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, Spicy Red Pepper
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel
- 1⁄2 large red onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 lime, Juiced
- 3 chipotle chiles in adobo, chopped
- 1⁄2 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
