1. Simple and delicious! The orange juice and gin mixture was bright and refreshing over the strawberries and kiwi. Thanks for sharing! ZWT6

 2. How unexpectedly wonderful! Gin, in dessert? This was just delicious even though I served immediately after preparing.

 3. Very good,loved it

 4. Medications not to be mixed with alchol meant that I didn't get any! I made this for friends and their rating was: Great dessert, maybe icing sugar (confectioner's sugar) would have been better for the mix, but flavour was good... the gin is there but not overpowering, in fact one friend told me she hated gin... but she liked this. It was swimming just a little bit in the orange juice and gin mixture, but they didn't mind that too much. Please see my rating system: they rated it a lovely 4 stars :) Thanks !

 5. A great, light and refreshing fruit salad - the Gin definitely gave it a zip! thanks

I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes. I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!
