- 1 head cauliflower, coarsely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- olive oil
- salt
- 1 packed cheese ravioli (16-18 oz)
- 3⁄4 cup pitted green olives, halved
- 1⁄4 cup reserved pasta water
directions
- Cook ravioli according to packaged directions.
- In a large skillet, cook the cauliflower, garlic and red pepper flakes in oil over medium heat until the cauliflower is tender and brown, 10-15 minutes. Season with salt.
- Mix in the ravioli, olives, and pasta water.
