- 3⁄4 cup raspberry-flavored black tea
- ice cube
- 1⁄8 teaspoon mint extract
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄4 cup heavy cream, whipped
- fresh mint sprig, for garnish
directions
- Pour the tea over ice in a large glass. Stir in the mint extract and the sugar. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
