Quick Macaroni Salad

- 4 cups elbow macaroni
- 3 large grated carrots
- 1 (12 ounce) package frozen peas
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 lb bacon, chopped
- 1 lb colby cheese or 1 lb cheddar cheese, diced
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
directions
- Cook macaroni following manufacture instruction.
- Chop bacon and fry.
- Drain bacon on paper towel.
- Drain cooked macaroni in cold water.
- Add carrots, frozen peas, onion, bacon, cheese.
- Mix well.
- Add vinegar and condensed milk.
- Mix well.
- Chill several hours stirring often.
