Quick and Easy Deep Dish Pizza With Pita Crust

"I wanted to make a deep dish pizza but wasn't in the mood to make the homemade dough. I did have large pita pockets on hand that needed used so I searched for a recipe. No luck. I gave it a try and it turned out excellent! A great pizza with a thin crispy crust."
