ingredients

1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin (Libby's easy pumpkin pie mix)
2 large eggs
²⁄₃ cup evaporated milk
1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
¹⁄₂ cup butter
¹⁄₂ cup pecans
8 ounces Cool Whip

directions

Mix together first three ingredients.
Pour in a 9x11 cake pan.
Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mix.
Cut butter in pieces over cake mix.
Spread pecans over cake evenly .
Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
when cake is cool completely, spread cool whip over top.
