  • Mix together first three ingredients.
  • Pour in a 9x11 cake pan.
  • Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mix.
  • Cut butter in pieces over cake mix.
  • Spread pecans over cake evenly .
  • Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
  • when cake is cool completely, spread cool whip over top.
