Pub Sauce for Burgers

• Yields: 3/4 cup

ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup real mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce or 2 tablespoons tamari
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 garlic clove, minced

directions

1. Measure mayo in a 1 cup measuring cup or small mixing bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients and whisk well.
3. Chill until ready to serve.
