Protein Thin Mints

- Ready In:
- 3⁄4 cup pure protein complete by young living protein powder
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 teaspoon liquid stevia
- 6 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 3 drops young living peppermint oil
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into mini muffin pan and place in the freezer for 5-7 minutes until hard to the touch. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
