Potatoes Puree (Aligot )

"I got this receipe way back in the 1980's for a magazine called "Family Circle" . I'm not sure if its still around or not, since I've been gone for over 20yrs, but the receipe has stayed with me all this time its's one of my family's favourite receipes. Its fast and very easy to prepare, I do hope you all enjoy it."
