• 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch slices
• 2 cups chopped onions
• 1 1⁄2 cups vegetable broth
• 1 teaspoon oil
• salt and pepper

directions

1. 9 13 inch baking pan, place all ingredients in pan and cover. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serves 6.
