These were certainly delicious! I sauteed the onions and peppers, heated up the sausage and added the sauce. It looked like no way there was enough sauce so I added more. I should have followed the recipe however, because when I added the bisquick and cheese it was too wet. Had to add more bisquick. LOL! Silly girl. No worries however I served these to a crowd and everyone loved them even if they did resemble fat cookies instead of balls.

I must have done something very wrong, as mine didn't turn out at all. They came out very mushy even though I made very small balls and baked for the entire twenty minutes. They also flattened out more than the other bisquick sausage balls I've made. The only thing I can think of is that the pizza sauce was not supposed to go into the mixture and was to be a dip instead? I'll have to try that instead, because I really want this to work....the flavors sound terrific.

I made these yesterday and they are very good, hard to stop eating so I froze some! I did cook the sausage 1st and glad I did as I got alot of fat out and I only had havarti cheese but they were very yummy, next time I might make them in a muffin tray. Thanks for the recipe, I'll be making these again.

Hello to everyone! :)

This is of me in the year 2007 and my Icon is my two boys.
I am from Lakewood Wa. but I am orginally from Hickory North Carolina, where I was born and raised.I moved to Washington to marry my second husband, who I met on the internet from a dating site called kiss.com. We both enjoy fishing. Mineral Lake is where we go on the weekends during the fishing season. I talk about going to the lake alot but its just because I love to get away from the big city since I'm a country girl at heart. I enjoy this website and I really love the new recipes I have found. Did I mention I love this site!! ? :)
