  • Split open pitas.
  • Heat in microwave for 10 seconds.
  • Spread some cottage cheese on pita.
  • Top with sliced bananas.
  • Sprinkle Splenda and cinnamon.
  • Place top back on pita.
  • Place in toaster oven or broiler for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy.
