ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

Topping
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
directions
- Mix cake by hand in order given.
- Bake at 350 degrees in a greased 11" x 15" pan for 25 minutes. Note: You can use a 13" x 9" pan.
- Spread topping on cake while still warm.
