  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large skillet sauté onions, green bell pepper, and mushrooms until soft.
  • Add ground beef to the pan and brown until cooked through.
  • Add cream of mushroom soup and stir until heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cut baguette lengthwise and add meat mixture to one side of loaf.
  • Cover with shredded provolone and top with other side of bread.
  • Line a sheet pan with foil and bake sandwich for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let rest 10 Minutes before cutting and serving.
