Pesto Goat Cheese Spread

"From Southern Living. I love goat cheese and pesto, so this sounded great to me. I haven't tried this yet, but plan on making for the holiday season. Cooking time is chill time."

  • Mix all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth. Shape into log or other desired shape. Chill for 2 hours before serving. Can store in refrigerator for up to 1 week, or can freeze in airtight container for up to 4 months. Serve with crackers, toasted pita chips or sliced baquetts.
