  • Mix flour and egg, oil and salt. Mix but don't knead. Set aside.
  • Peel potatoes cutting in chunks. Boil till soft.
  • Chop and cook bacon.
  • Mash potatoes and add sour cream, bacon and cheese. Mix.
  • Roll out dough into sheets. place spoonful of filling onto sheet. Fold. Cut into half moons.
  • Flash boil perogies.
  • Fry perogies, Plate and garnish.
