ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 russet potatoes
- 1 onion
- 6 slices bacon
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- parsley
directions
- Mix flour and egg, oil and salt. Mix but don't knead. Set aside.
- Peel potatoes cutting in chunks. Boil till soft.
- Chop and cook bacon.
- Mash potatoes and add sour cream, bacon and cheese. Mix.
- Roll out dough into sheets. place spoonful of filling onto sheet. Fold. Cut into half moons.
- Flash boil perogies.
- Fry perogies, Plate and garnish.
