  • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil (mixture will foam).
  • Remove from heat and cool.
  • Reserve 1/4 c for basting, if desired.
  • Marinate meat in remaining marinade for up to 4 hours.
  • Make enough to marinate about 2 lbs of pork or poultry.
