"This will keep a very long time, just keep topping off jar with vinegar until the chiles are no longer giving off any heat. Use on top of greens, as a hot sauce, for pulled pork, in salad dressings, or any where a little heat would be nice."

  • With a funnel, pou the vinegar into a cruet. Add the chiles and make sure they are submerged in the vinegar. Cap the cruet and place in the refrigerator. Vinegar will be nicely infused within 24 hours and will keep for months.
