  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 12 cup butter, melted
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) soup can water
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can beef consomme

directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a covered casserole dish.
  • Cover and bake at 350 degrees until rice absorbs liquid, about 1 hour.

My family keeps me pretty busy though. I enjoy reading books, going to the movies, traveling, spending time with my family, cooking, playing with Lizzie Belle, tanning, and getting my nails done.
