We really enjoyed the passion fruit flavor in this. After tasting it, I doubled the simple syrup and added 50% more passion fruit. Then I added one liter of sparkling apple cider to cut the strongness, and add a little fizz and a bit more sweetness to it. It was excellent this way.

I had very high expectations for this sangria, but was left with the feeling that something was missing. Then I realized that it needs some fizzle to dilute it a little bit, as it was very strong. I think next time I'll add some 7up, or sparkling water. Overall, it was a good one. Thank you.
