  • 1 large salmon fillet (substitute steelhead)
  • 2 large lemons, sliced (or as needed)
  • 2 tablespoons Miracle Whip (or as needed)
  • 12 tablespoon bbq seasoning (or as needed)
  • 12 tablespoon all purpose Greek seasoning (or as needed)
  • 1 12 tablespoons dill, chopped

  • Sliced lemon and place them on aluminum foil to form the size of the filet. Rinse the filet under water and tap to dry the excess water. Sit the filet on top of the lemon slices. Spread Miracle Whip on the filet. Add seasonings and close the foil over making like a tent so it doesn’t touch the Miracle Whip and seasoning.
  • Transfer on the BBQ and cook at 450ºF for 15 minutes or until the filet is flaky.
